He kept me informed of any updates or responsibilities so that everything moved smoothly and was always there to listen to me vent or calm my concerns. Lane was amazing! He was very supportive and made us feel like he wanted us to be in our apartment just as much as we wanted it! He has great communication skills. My roommate and I were both moving to Brooklyn from two separate states. He never let this hinder our process in any way. 7/5 stars
